About The Role

As a human capital intern you will pick one of our divisions in HC, your responsibility in general will be assisting in talent acquisition/people experience/learning and development/administration process.

Job Responsibilities

Human Capital is separated in 4 divisions:

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in recruitment life cycle process for both technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing candidates across various platforms, screening resumes, shortlisting applicants, sending technical tests, and coordinating interview sessions.
  • Develop and sustain a strong pool of potential candidates by proactively sourcing talent from multiple channels.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Maintain partner hiring with educational institutions, as well as profit and non-profit organizations.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for enhancing the current recruitment framework to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and uphold high standards of quality throughout the hiring process.

2. People Experience

  • Assist in fostering a positive and engaging work environment to ensure a fulfilling employee experience.
  • Conduct various assessments, including interviews, observations, and surveys, to understand and address employee needs and preferences effectively.
  • Provide creative input and recommendations for planning and executing internal company events that promote team cohesion and morale.
  • Support initiatives aimed at building awareness and empathy among stakeholders to strengthen workplace relationships and understanding.

3. Learning & Development (this subdivision is not accepting intern admission for now)

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to learning and development programs, including tracking progress, maintaining records, and organizing documentation.
  • Support the assessment process for interns, ensuring timely evaluations and accurate reporting on performance and development needs.
  • Actively monitor intern progress and provide feedback to enhance their learning experience and overall performance.
  • Assist in designing and delivering initiatives as part of the intern development program, fostering skill enhancement and professional growth.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for enhancing the current learning & development framework to improve.

4. Administration (this subdivision is not accepting intern admission for now)

  • Responsible for managing real-time data from DOT Indonesia employees and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing/has graduated with a degree in a field related to Human Resources, such as Human Resource Management, Psychology, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets) for data processing and documentation.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Creative, innovative, proactive, and able to take initiative in addressing challenges and tasks.
  • Displays a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results within set timelines.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Able to work 7-hour and remotely for at least 3 months, demonstrating self-motivation, responsibility, and adaptability in a remote setup.
